Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These terms apply when you use this website or engage DigisolutionsCafe ("we", "us", "our") for web design, branding, development, marketing or related services. By submitting the contact form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or hiring us for a project, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Project Scope

Quotes shared after a free consultation are estimates based on the information you provide. A final scope, timeline and price are confirmed in writing (email or message) before work begins. Changes to scope after work has started may affect the price and timeline.

3. Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, projects are billed in milestones — typically an upfront deposit followed by payment on delivery or launch. Work may pause if agreed payments are not received.

4. Revisions & Approvals

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, agreed at the start. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately. Final files are delivered once the client has approved the work.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final approved deliverables (such as logos, websites and designs) transfers to the client once payment is completed in full. DigisolutionsCafe may showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

Some deliverables may rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, domain registrars, app stores, ad platforms). Those providers' own terms and fees apply, and DigisolutionsCafe is not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

7. Support & Maintenance

Each project includes a post-launch support window for fixing issues related to the delivered work. Ongoing maintenance, new features, or content updates after that window are covered under a separate maintenance agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, rankings or ad performance, since these depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Cancellations

Either party may cancel a project in writing. Work completed and hours spent up to the cancellation date remain payable; any deposit already paid for future work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above always reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
